Most expandable units are installed and site-ready within 1–3 business days from delivery. Flat pack houses may take 3–7 days depending on configuration.

What foundation is required?
Our units can be placed on concrete piers, concrete slab, or adjustable screw piles. The right foundation depends on your soil type and local council requirements.
Are the homes suitable for hot and cold climates?
Yes. Our 210mm insulated wall panels provide excellent thermal performance in both hot and cold climates. Optional roof insulation upgrades are also available.

What is the warranty on a Nestora home?
We provide a structural warranty on the steel frame and a workmanship warranty on all factory-installed fittings. Details are provided in your purchase agreement.
